Mike Sloggett of Revenger Boat Company presented John Caulcutt and David Allenby with a special trophy for the 1st Outboard powered boat to finish the Round Britain powerboat race.

Their raceboat in this unique event was a Revenger 32 foot stepped hull RIB. This model is the latest addition to the Revenger range and competed alongside a similar twin diesel 32.

A Revenger 29 stepped hull with twin outboards along with a veteran Revenger 25 sportscruiser (which had also competed in the 1984 Round Britain race). All four Revengers completed the course out of 48 starters.
