Ribquest Launches New RIB Range
At 2006 London Boat Show

Ribquest Commercial RIB

Ribquest Marine Technology successfully launched a new commercial/dive RIB range at the London Boat Show.

Built to a robust specification, the new range of commercial/dive RIBs are available in three sizes - 5.3m, 5.8m and 6.3m. Standard fittings include a specially designed console, colour coded seats, hydraulic steering and a heavy-duty stainless steel ‘A' frame.

Ribquest also announced at the show that it had been appointed as installers and suppliers of Ullman suspension seats. These seats are purpose-designed to reduce industrial injury due to shock on high-speed craft. The seat has the ability to remove up to 15g of shock from an operator weighing up to 120kg.

Julian Goodhead, sales manager said, “The new commercial/dive RIB has generated new and exciting opportunities for our commercial market customers. We had high levels of interest within a few hours of releasing it to the public on trade day and this was maintained throughout the exhibition.”

Ribquest Marine Technology designs, manufactures and sells rigid inflatable boats, targeted specifically at the commercial, leisure and professional sports sectors. It is part of the Manchester-based Quest Group of Companies, which also incorporates Sunquest Tanning Systems, the UK’s leading and largest manufacturer of UV vertical and lie-down tanning units, and non-UV manual and automated spray tanning booths.
