RIBEX, the only international boatshow dedicated entirely to rigid inflatable boats, is now confirmed to take place on the 12th through to the 14th May 2006. It will be the third consecutive year that the show has been based in Cowes on the Isle of Wight. "Cowes Yacht Haven is the perfect location for a specialist show such as RIBEX", states Steve Harvey, RIBEX Event Manager. "The picturesque waterside venue has superb shoreside facilities, a first class events marina capable of holding at least 80 RIBs and, of course, the added benefit of being backed by the main street of Cowes with its shops and restaurants".

As in previous years, the show is expected to draw a serious number of

both private and professional mariners seeking to take advantage of the unique sea-trialing opportunities the location affords. "Just 4.5 mins out through the Medina River and you're in open water. RIBEX is truly unlike any other show in this respect," comments Harvey.
