Yamaha F150 & HPDI 300

Yamaha Motor (UK) are presently showing two new 2004 engines - the HPDI 300 and the F150, along with the latest introduction to the high performance White Shark range, the sportscruiser 265.

Two totally new engines, including the world's largest production model. The powerful HPDI 300 is the largest production outboard so far to use this future generation, two-stroke technology.

At the heart of this is a 3.3 litre, 204 cubic inch, 76-degree block that develops the tremendous low-end torque that’s needed for today's larger displacement boats. Fuel efficiency is

delivered from twin, high pressure fuel pumps that deliver an unprecedented and
ground-breaking 1000psi.

The Z300 is available as extra long and ultra long, with counter rotation version for twin rigs. At the mid-range, the innovative F150 four-stroke with superior benefits and lighter transom weights, is ready for immediate September delivery. With an all-new inline-4 powerhead it has a larger displacement and lighter weight than an equivalent V6 150 hp model.

The F150 is available in long and extra long, with a counter rotating propeller option for twin engine applications, commonly found to be frequently used in European waters.
